Summary

This study tests whether a specially designed anti-inflammatory diet can reduce symptoms and gut inflammation in people with mild-to-moderate Crohn's disease. For 8 weeks, 122 participants will receive fully catered meals and weekly coaching from a dietitian. The goal is to see if this diet can improve quality of life and identify who benefits most.
