First seen May 19, 2026 · Last updated May 26, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study will test whether an artificial intelligence (AI) system can help doctors identify inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) earlier. Researchers will analyze the medical records of 4500 people from a hospital in Taiwan, comparing the AI's suggestions to actual diagnoses. The goal is to see if AI can speed up diagnosis and improve patient care, but no new treatments are being tested.
