Summary
This early-phase study tests a new treatment called PTC13, which uses specially engineered immune cells (CAR-T cells) to attack cancer cells that have a protein called CEA. The study includes 18 adults with advanced colorectal, stomach, pancreatic, or other solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check the safety of the therapy and find the best dose for future studies.
