Emergency room study tests angiotensin II for septic shock

Summary

This study tests whether giving angiotensin II early in the emergency department can help treat septic shock, a life-threatening drop in blood pressure due to infection. Twenty adults who need blood pressure support will receive the drug through a vein. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and improves blood pressure while reducing the need for other medications.
