Summary

This study tests whether a combination of amivantamab and hyaluronidase works as well as cetuximab for treating skin squamous cell carcinoma that has returned or spread. The trial involves 86 immunocompromised participants, such as organ transplant recipients. The goal is to compare safety and effectiveness, including how long the cancer stays under control.
