New drug targets Alzheimer's proteins in spinal fluid

Summary

This early-stage study is testing an experimental drug called LY3439539 in 30 people with mild-to-moderate Alzheimer's disease. The main goal is to see if the drug changes certain proteins in the spinal fluid that are linked to Alzheimer's. Participants will receive the drug through an IV and have monthly visits for about 9 months.
