Summary
This study tested an investigational drug called AL001 for people who have or are at risk for frontotemporal dementia (FTD) because they carry a specific gene mutation. The goal was to see if the drug could slow or control the progression of the disease. The trial was a large Phase 3 study but was terminated before completion.
