NCT ID NCT06575660

Summary

This small, exploratory study tested a single session using a virtual reality app with an AI-powered guide to provide mental health support. It involved 22 adults with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) who also had mild to moderate anxiety or depression. The main goal was to see if using this high-tech app was practical, safe, and acceptable to patients, and if it might help with their anxiety, depression, or pain.
