First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether an AI-powered smart electric vehicle can help people with Parkinson's disease or dementia improve their walking and reduce falls. The vehicle monitors gait, gives real-time feedback, and adapts to the user. Researchers will enroll 120 participants aged 50-85 who can walk at least 10 meters but have unsteady gait or a history of falls.
