This study tests whether a smartphone app called Medilepsy®, which uses artificial intelligence to personalize reminders, helps teens and young adults (ages 14-24) with epilepsy take their anti-seizure medicine more regularly. The study will enroll 200 underserved participants in Florida and compare the AI version of the app to a standard version. The goal is to improve medication adherence and readiness to transition to adult healthcare.
