NCT ID NCT07000734

First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This pilot study tested whether combining lifestyle changes, risk factor management, medications, and supplements could improve movement, thinking, and immune health in adults aged 50-70. The main goal was to see if the approach was feasible, not to prove it works. Only 23 people took part, so results are very early.
