Summary

This phase 2 study compares two dosing schedules of the targeted drug adagrasib (Krazati) in 200 adults with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific KRAS G12C mutation. Participants have already tried chemotherapy and immunotherapy. The goal is to see if a lower dose taken with food works as well as the standard higher dose, potentially reducing side effects.
