First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study tests whether electroacupuncture (a type of acupuncture with mild electric pulses) can reduce nerve pain caused by chemotherapy in cancer survivors. About 255 people who have finished chemo and still have pain, numbness, or tingling in their hands or feet will receive either real or sham acupuncture. The goal is to see if this treatment can safely ease symptoms and improve quality of life.
