First seen Dec 08, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a physical activity program can help improve hormone health and reduce diabetes risk in girls ages 8 to 12 who are at higher risk for PCOS. About 40 girls will either get a full program with coaching and messages, or a lighter version with just messages. Researchers will track activity levels, hormones, and insulin sensitivity over a year to see how exercise may help.
