Summary

This study tests whether a self-help smartphone toolkit based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy can reduce anxiety and depression in adults with cystic fibrosis. About 60 participants will use the toolkit on their phones and report changes in mood and psychological flexibility. The goal is to offer an accessible, patient-friendly way to improve emotional well-being.
