This study compares a new pacing technique (His bundle pacing) to standard right ventricular pacing in 100 adults with symptomatic atrial fibrillation and heart failure who are having AV node ablation. The goal is to see if the new method helps them walk farther, feel better, and be more active. Participants will wear a Fitbit to track daily steps and distance.
