Summary
This study tests a drug called abemaciclib in 20 people with bladder cancer who cannot receive standard chemotherapy. Participants take the drug before their scheduled surgery to remove the bladder. Researchers will compare tumor samples taken before and after treatment to see how the drug affects cancer cell growth and to check for side effects.
