Summary
This early-stage study tests whether two experimental drugs, ABBV-637 and ABBV-155, are safe when given alone or with another drug called ERAS-801 for people whose glioblastoma has come back. About 60 adults with a specific type of brain tumor (EGFR gene amplified) will take part. The main goal is to find the best dose with the fewest side effects.
