First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study tested whether a special MRI sequence called ZTE can make bone cement breast biopsy markers easier to see than standard metal markers. Twenty adults with breast cancer took part. Two radiologists scored how well the markers showed up on the scans. The goal was to see if bone cement markers could be a good alternative for future patients.
