Summary
This early-phase study tests a drug called zanidatamab in 10 adults with advanced HER2-positive solid tumors (like endometrial, bladder, or pancreatic cancer) that have worsened after at least one prior treatment. Participants receive the drug by IV every two weeks. The main goal is to see how many patients' tumors shrink or disappear. This is not a cure, but aims to control the disease.
