Summary
This study tested a healthy eating and weight gain prevention program delivered over the phone to people who called the 2-1-1 helpline. 512 adults aged 18-70 with a BMI of 20 or higher took part. The program aimed to improve diet quality and prevent weight gain using dietary guidance.
