First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Sep 09, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests a digital program for overweight teens aged 12-18 that uses AI coaching, games, and real-time feedback to encourage healthy eating and exercise. Two hundred participants will either use the digital program or receive standard health education for three months. The goal is to see if the program helps teens adopt lasting healthy habits and avoid dangerous dieting behaviors like skipping meals or using diet pills.
