Summary
This study looked at whether exercising right before a meal changes how much teenagers eat. Researchers tested 54 teens with normal weight or obesity, having them exercise at different times or rest. They measured appetite, taste and smell responses, and daily habits like sleep and activity. The goal was to find the best exercise timing to help control appetite in teens.
