NCT ID NCT06963736

First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study tests whether simple home-based strategies and wearable devices can help reduce the negative health impact of evening screen time. Researchers will enroll 30 adults who spend at least 3 hours per day on recreational screens and have risk factors for heart disease, diabetes, or obesity. Participants will try different approaches to cut down screen time after 5pm, and the study will measure how acceptable and effective these strategies are.
