Summary
This study tests whether simple home-based strategies and wearable devices can reduce the negative health effects of evening screen time. Researchers will enroll 30 adults who are overweight, inactive, and spend at least 3 hours of recreational screen time after 5pm. Participants will try different approaches to cut down on evening sitting and snacking, and their blood sugar and screen habits will be tracked.
