Summary
This study looks at how pregnant women absorb vitamin B12, which is important for both mother and baby. Researchers will give 40 pregnant women and 10 non-pregnant women different doses of vitamin B12 for four weeks to see which dose works best. The goal is to find the right dose for future studies in areas where B12 deficiency is common.
