Summary
This study tests whether using virtual reality (VR) can reduce severe belly pain and improve daily life in people with digestive tract cancers. 360 participants will be randomly assigned to one of three groups: skills-based VR, distraction VR, or a sham VR. The goal is to see if VR can be a helpful, drug-free way to manage cancer pain.
