Summary

This study tests a one-day acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) program designed for veterans with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and mental health conditions like depression or anxiety. The goal is to see if this brief therapy is practical and helpful for improving quality of life and daily functioning. Fifty veterans will participate, and the program will be delivered within regular gastroenterology care.
