Summary

This early-stage study tests the safety of an experimental drug called verdiperstat in people with a rare type of dementia that affects language and memory. About 64 adults will take either the drug or a placebo for 24 weeks. The main goal is to see if the drug is safe and tolerable, and to measure how it moves through the body.
