Summary
This study compares two treatments for early-stage oropharyngeal (throat) cancer: robotic surgery or radiation therapy. The goal is to see which approach leads to better swallowing function and overall quality of life. About 138 patients will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments and followed over time.
