This program gives adults with advanced or spreading ROS1-positive non-small cell lung cancer access to taletrectinib when they cannot use approved treatments or join ongoing studies. It is for patients who, in their doctor's opinion, might benefit from the drug. The goal is to provide a treatment option for those with few alternatives.
