New drug SLV-154 enters human testing for advanced cancers

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called SLV-154 in about 70 adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread. The main goal is to find a safe dose and check for side effects. Researchers will also look at how the drug moves through the body and whether it shrinks tumors.
