NCT ID NCT07418034
First seen Feb 22, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study tests whether lowering radiation doses to certain areas can reduce side effects for people with HPV-related throat cancer, which typically has good outcomes. About 132 participants will receive either reduced radiation to low-risk lymph nodes, a lower dose to the tumor itself, or both, based on their individual risk factors and a blood test. The goal is to maintain excellent cancer control while minimizing short- and long-term side effects.
