Summary

This study tests whether lowering radiation doses to certain areas can reduce side effects for people with HPV-related oropharyngeal cancer, which often has good outcomes. About 132 participants will receive either reduced lymph node radiation, reduced tumor radiation, or both, based on their individual risk. The goal is to maintain cancer control while improving quality of life by minimizing treatment-related harm.
