First seen Apr 03, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study is for people with granulomatosis with polyangiitis, a rare disease where blood vessels get inflamed, who haven't improved with usual treatments. It compares three different drug combinations to see which works best to control the disease. About 42 adults will take part, and the goal is to reduce symptoms and prevent flare-ups, though ongoing medication is still needed.
