First seen Mar 27, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new cell treatment called YTS109 in about 18 adults with autoimmune diseases like lupus or scleroderma that have not responded to standard therapies. Participants receive a single infusion of these modified immune cells. The main goal is to check safety, but researchers will also look for signs that the treatment can control the disease.
