Summary

This study tests whether having more frequent, structured ward rounds (four times a day instead of two) with simple relaxation exercises can lower anxiety in hospitalized adults waiting for a therapeutic gastrointestinal endoscopy. About 1,000 participants will be assigned to either standard or enhanced rounds, and their anxiety levels will be measured using a standard scale. The goal is to improve patient comfort and experience without any major risks.
