New app aims to lower depression in black Moms-to-Be

Summary
This study tests a culturally tailored mobile app designed to help Black pregnant women reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. About 150 Black pregnant women will be randomly assigned to use the app or receive standard care. The app focuses on building communication and self-advocacy skills and providing a support network to improve mental health and pregnancy outcomes.
