Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug, QXL138AM, for safety and tolerability in about 100 people with advanced solid tumors (like ovarian, pancreatic, or lung cancer) or multiple myeloma. Participants must have tried standard treatments without success. The study will also look at how the drug moves through the body and whether it shows any anti-tumor activity.
