Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug, QXL138AM, for safety in about 100 people with advanced solid tumors (like ovarian, pancreatic, lung, or breast cancer) or multiple myeloma. Participants must have tried other treatments without success. The study will find the right dose and check for side effects, but it is not expected to cure the disease.
