Summary
This study aimed to understand the relationship between the chronic skin inflammation of psoriasis and the development of heart and metabolic diseases. Researchers followed 386 adults with psoriasis for up to 4 years, collecting blood, scans, and other tests. The goal was to learn how long-term inflammation in one part of the body might affect the heart and blood vessels.
