Summary
This study looked at whether a team-based care model, where GPs work closely with care managers, can help people with anxiety and depression better than usual care. 302 adults with conditions like panic disorder, social phobia, or PTSD took part. The main goal was to see if this approach reduces anxiety symptoms.
