New knee graft aims to ease pain and restore movement

Summary
This study tests a special donated tissue graft, called ProChondrix CR, to repair damaged knee cartilage in 34 adults aged 18 to 60. The goal is to see if the graft improves knee pain and function over five years after surgery. Participants must have a moderate to severe cartilage defect that hasn't improved with other treatments.
