First seen Apr 02, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding a simple picture guide to standard counseling can help reduce anxiety and depression in women with early-stage breast cancer who are about to start radiation therapy. About 62 women will take part, and they will either get the usual verbal counseling alone or with the picture tool. The goal is to see if the pictures make the experience less stressful and improve emotional well-being.
