Summary
This study tests whether an online training and support platform can help adults with type 1 diabetes better manage their blood sugar and well-being. About 322 participants will use the platform for 12 months, either through their usual clinic or on their own. Researchers will track changes in self-care skills, glucose levels, and quality of life.
