Summary
This study tests whether community health workers can help pregnant women on Medicaid get better access to nutritious food. About 124 participants will receive support and be tracked for changes in food security, mood, social support, and baby health measures like birth weight and prematurity. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and effective.
