This study tests an experimental oral drug called Alintegimod (7HP349) combined with two immunotherapy drugs (ipilimumab and nivolumab) in people with advanced solid tumors like melanoma, lung, kidney, or liver cancer who have already tried other treatments. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and helps control the cancer. The study has two parts: first, finding the right dose, then comparing the combination to standard treatment.
