New scan could sharpen the picture for digestive cancer detection
NCT ID NCT06715839
Summary
This study is testing new imaging agents for PET/CT scans to see if they can better detect and monitor cancers of the digestive system, like stomach, colon, and liver cancer. Researchers will give 400 participants a small dose of a radioactive tracer and then perform a full-body scan to see where it collects. The goal is to see if these new tracers can improve diagnosis, help guide treatment decisions, and predict how well therapies are working.
