New nasal spray aims to ease Kids' pain after tonsil surgery

Summary
This study tests whether a nasal spray containing two medicines (dexmedetomidine and esketamine) can reduce pain in children after tonsil and adenoid surgery. About 160 children aged 3 to 7 will take part. The goal is to find a safe and effective way to manage pain without strong side effects.
