Summary

This study tested whether a daily NAD+ supplement can improve thinking and reduce inflammation in healthy women aged 40 to 80. Over 4 weeks, participants took either NAD+ or a placebo and completed computer tests and blood draws. The goal was to see if NAD+ affects memory, attention, and markers of brain health and inflammation.
